If you are a new customer, you can simply visit the Airtel website and click on the Postpaid tab. From the dropdown, you can choose Buy New Connection. Now you will be on the page where you can find all the postpaid plans. You can choose one and proceed to buy it. Upon buying it, the SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep by an Airtel executive and the documents will be collected in the same visit by the executive. You can insert the SIM and wait for it to get activated.
If you are an Airtel prepaid customer and port your number to Airtel postpaid, you can visit the Airtel website and click on the Postpaid tab.
