Am I eligible to apply to the POC?

A copy of the CNIC / NICOP and the original card must be returned to the relevant NADRA offices.
Applicants should make a cancellation request to CNIC / CRC / NICOP prior to the POC application process if they are over 21 years old.
Foreign applicants must attach an affidavit to the application.
Overseas Pakistani citizens with dual nationality are advised to apply for the NICOP or provide an exemption certificate attesting to the cancellation of their Pakistani CNIC.
CNIC / POC / NICOP / passport of your parents / grandparents who are Pakistani citizens and relevant documents proving your relationship with them.
CNIC / POC / passport of your siblings / parents who are Pakistani citizens and relevant documents proving your relationship with them.
